Pastor Clayton served as the founding Pastor of The Connection Church. Pastor Clayton, with over 40 years of effective pastoral ministry, lived and served in Orange County for most of his life and continues to have a passion for serving the community, raising and mentoring emerging leaders, and reaching beyond the current congregation with church planting and missions. Clayton has two earned doctorates (D.Min. in Church Health, Ph.D. in New Testament), and has taught ministry and Bible since 1985 at schools such as Vanguard University and Life Pacific University.

Kim is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and works to help hurting families find wholeness. She holds a B.A. in Bible with an emphasis in Christian Education and a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy.
